Why "Point By"?
Sometimes you’ve got to slow down to go faster. In motorsport, the Point By is a way to signal to a faster driver that they are clear to pass you. Giving a Point By is a mark of self-assessment; You’ve recognized that there is room for improvement, and you have taken a positive action to support growth.
Kayleigh
She started shooting because Scott couldn’t drive and shoot at the same time. Little did he know, photography and fast (for a four cylinder) cars are Kayleigh’s passion. She made his slow ass look fast and she found her niche.

Scott
Part-time Rabbit Wrangler. Part-time Cat Herder. Full-time Camera Slinger.
Scott recently retired from the US Army. After spending 24 years in the Infantry, he decided to put his shooting skills to use in a less kinetic manner.
When he’s not shooting motorsport at various levels, he can be found on track in his MINI, or in the garage wrenching on the aforementioned MINI.

Sam
In addition to working for Point By Photography, Sam is also a Crew Chief for NineFour
Motorsports and has been involved in motorsports since 2016 working in Champcar, World Racing League, SCCA and Pirelli World Challenge.
In another life, Sam served 22 years in the Army as an Aviation Maintenance Manager, ultimately choosing to retire in Savannah, Georgia with his wife Heather and their two children.
Sam’s passion for photography started with his desire to get closer to the action, his father
raced in the SCCA and Sam’s need to be at the track was something that he could never quite shake.
Sam’s choice to shoot using Canon equipment puzzles us Sony folks, but we won’t hold it against him!
